Studio
Trained in Santiago, practicing in New Jersey. Every project starts by understanding what is already there.
Andes & Atlantic is a bilingual studio led by architect Paulina Orellana. The practice grew out of heritage surveys and school conservation in Chile, and today covers renovations, interiors and architectural visualization for clients in the United States and Latin America.
We document existing conditions accurately, then design from them, so that what gets built fits the place it belongs to.
